Payment Policy
We currently accept the following payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal.
Please note that we are unable to process credit card payments for services at this time.
Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A $50 deposit is required upfront for all services for new clients in order to secure an appointment. Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service in order to accommodate other scheduled clients.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may require a card on file for all future bookings.
Service Adjustment Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the services provided. If you are not fully satisfied with your haircut, color, or other service, please contact us within one week of the original appointment, and we will gladly work to make the necessary adjustments.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for completed salon services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within two days of your appointment. We kindly ask that you return to the salon within seven days for an in-person consultation so we may assess your concerns.
If contacted within two days of the original service, we will make every effort to address the issue by offering an adjustment with the original stylist at no additional charge.
