Top 3 Spring Makeup Looks
The Spring has sprung and I couldn't be more thrilled! There is just something about those rosy tones, the smell of grass, flowers, and most definitely- the ultimate climate! If you are a fan of this season like me and you want to embrace earthy & floral vibes in your wardrobe, as well as on your eyelids, you are exactly where you need to be! In this article, you will get to choose among 3 different Spring-perfect makeup looks, just keep on reading!
Shimmer
If you are a fan of 'extra' and you love attention and bold-seeking looks, I advise you pack on some shimmer. It is recommended for night-time looks and is my go-to makeup choice when I'm doing bridal or prom makeup.
You should apply pure shimmer on the lid and crease area and finish off the eyes with your go-to lash curler, as well as a lash mascara.
Lip-wise, a clear gloss will round up the glazed fantasy and will look ideal for night out.
Also, I would recommend a slick back ponytail, or long & loose blow dry with a whole lot of hairspray to get that 'wet' look.
Rosy Lips
If you prefer bold lips & minimalistic eye makeup I advise you apply a statement lip. This time lay low on red, and reach for a bright coral or pink. It is the perfect Spring color, and it can look great on every skin tone. Women who are still into that neon bright look should apply a hot neon pink lip (preferably matte) and should skip on doing the lids, rather leave them bare.
This gives out an editorial vibe, looks very rich & chic, and it is highly-requested on the runways. Only add a bit of a rosy blush to round up that pink fantasy, and you'll be good to go!
Neutral Tones
Soft browns & nudes are always a safe bet, and we will be seeing a lot of these in the Spring. If you love to play with your eye makeup, try to add dark browns in the crease, and a pop of color to your eyelid. I would recommend green, orange, or mauve: anything that screams Spring is pretty much an excellent choice. When playing with color on the lids, I also recommend reaching for falsies since drama on the eyes demands a lot more fluff & volume. Lips-wise, go with the most basic glossy nude lipstick to finish off the entire makeup and enjoy this wearable look to classes or even when off to your job.
