Be Gentle: Regularly brushing your hair is important but how you brush your hair is also important. Excessive brushing can be damaging. Use an appropriate comb or brush when you hair is wet since it’s the most vulnerable.                         


Go Natural: If possible, part of hair care should be avoiding the hair dryer, flat iron, or curling iron. Heat exposure can damage your hair. Hair dye can also be damaging.        

Nourish the Scalp: Use hair treatments to nourish the scalp and create a good foundation for strong, healthy hair.
